Experience in the treatment of necrotizing enterocolitis in newborns

Purpose. To study the results of surgical treatment NEC in newborns. Material and methods. Over 7 years, 18 newborns with were observed. Surgical was performed by everyone. Anamnesis, clinical laboratory data, ultrasound, X-ray examinations used diagnosis. Results discussion. Laparostomy children, resection small intestine ileostomy - 11 children. children (40%) survived. A observation is given. Conclusions. Upon admission to clinic, need undergo antibacterial detoxification therapy. If there no improvement within 1 day (stage II B according Bell) raise question treatment.
